Tallgrass Village is a 321 acre tract of land which has undergone over three years of planning and development... a collaboration between the residents of Shoreham, public officials, community leaders and Tallgrass Properties LLC. The result is a Planned Development District or PDD that in addition to creating a true sense of physical community to Shoreham, will also bring more than $100 million in benefits to the people of Shoreham.
